Hi im new here and first of all let me say this is a wonderful place.
everyone is so caring of each other. It's amazing!!!!! I have been having chest flutters for 4-5 years now. I have anxiety about my health and it's taking over my life. I have 3 children and would like another but im scared now that something will happen. Anyway, I had a holter mon. done a few months ago and when I went to see the cardi. he said that everything was fine there was no arrythmia it just seems to be palps. probably due to my anxiety. I wanted to look at the test myself and it came in the mail yesterday. This is what I need help understanding it states: Average heart rate is 78 beats per min with normal heart rate variability. No sinus pauses, symptoms did not correspond to any change in heart rate or rhythum.
Now this is what I can't understand it says Rare supraventricular ectopy and isolated ventricular ectopy. Should I be worried. He said I didn't have an ectopic beat but I don't get why that would say that. Please someone help me understand.
