hi, i have been suffering from anxiety since i was young really, but this has turned to panic more recently. i have fears of travelling it started with a panic attack on a bus and has just got worse over the last couple of years. I don,t even like going in cars anymore i feel i have to get out, i,m trying to fight this as i don,t want to limit my life and never go out.
