What is this pain in my chest I've had all day?

Have been off work three months. I've been having to take deep breaths for the last two weeks, but its getting a bit calmer, I have worked hard to relax this last week. I see a counsellor but no meds.
Is it just a worry thing (dont especially know what I'm worrying about at the moment though)? I've never had it before, but i've never had indegestion or heartburn either, so I'm not much help to myself!

i am very fit and run, but I have had a tiny bit of a cough since yesterday.
This is like a funny pain in the middle of my chest a bit to the right of it.

Could be muscular with the continual deep breathing. I suffer from fibromyalgia and have chest pain as a result of inflammation/injury to connective tissues around the sternum.
