i hurt and feel tired in my chest when i hold my nephew baby 25 pounds

my chest hurts when i hold my nephew whos 25 pounds, and im 96 or so pounds, is it cuz im lazy or do i have somthing wrong

25lb is some weight, more than a quarter of your own body weight, You are neither lazy or unwell, just have a big lovely nephew

yep he is a big boy, already startin to walk =), he runs me down..lol but thanks for the comment =)
