Just thought that I would introduce myself...

I am 32 years old and have two beautiful children. After the birth of my 2nd child (2 years 1 month ago) I started to suffer from all kinds of anxiety problems. Panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, depersonalization,etc,etc,etc.... I have continued to struggle, but find hope and encouragement from this forum.

Up until now, I thought that I was just a nut job! I didn't realize that there are so many people that have experienced that same things!!!
