Anyone have M.E/CFS?

Hi, does anyone else have M.E/CFS? I have had this for 10 years and sometimes wonder what symptoms are M.E and what are anxiety or do I have M.E?
Symptoms are very alike. Any info will be great thanks. x

I dont have M.E but i do have CFS associated with Fibromyalgia. Before diagnosis i was completey washed out, in pain and out of my mind with worry. The tiredness doesnt neccesarily mean i can sleep though so dont be fooled by that. I can be completely restless but crying with tiredness.
Have you not been checked by the GP or have you had a diagnosis already?

I was diagnosed with CFS in December 2005, but have had anxiety & panic disorder since 1975. For me, the symptoms are nothing alike, but we are all different. However my CFS is not ME. There is a big difference. Personally I think any kind of illness that makes you fatigued a lot of the time is called CFS, which of cause could be anxiety etc. CFS covers a multitued of illnesses, ME is a completely different thing. Bare in mind please this is my personal opinion.
