Hi,

I`ve heard people that suffer from some form of anxiety, especially before their period do self CBT.
I have never seen a therapist as my doctor has looked after me and got me on the road to recovery but if someone out there knows a way that I can help myself get through the more anxious moments just before `that time of the month` I would be grateful.

There is a CBT free online course that i use, i think its its really good, so worth a try. http://www.livinglifetothefull.com/index.php?section=login let me know what you think. Also on this course you can ask your doctor to be personaly involved.
