I had panicattacks for over 30 years (iam 36) and I just found this site. Its a good site .My panic first started at school as Iam not very good at spelling as you will notice and then at collage and into my work life been bullied by a foreman, did not help I been on tablet most of the time but still find it hard to cope somedays.So its nice in a way to find other like me who have the same symptoms For 30 years I though it was only me who had they all :winks:
