Hi, I'm new here

Hi I've just joined and I'm a student, i'm 20 and i want to try and help people with anxiety probems cuz i had a really bad one that forced me to have a gap year to recover, but i'm ok now and at uni! So it doesnt really affect my life now, cuz i'm in control of it. But i'm interested in other people and would like to see how they are and if i can help them. :flowers:
It really helps to talk to people who are going through the same thing, since it can sometimes make you feel like you're the only one.
