Smelling Salts Overdose??+

A stupid question maybe, but does anyone know if you can overdose by having a really good sniff of smelling salts? Cause I am really congested at the moment, and had a really good inhale, and it hurt my head and made the back of my head tingle!!

No, smelling salts dont release enough ammonia to be of any danger. You probably just aggravated your membranes in your nostrils :)

Maybe you would be better sticking with Viks or Olbas Oil xxx
