Tender spots on skin

Hi, just wondered if anyone else gets sore spots on their body? It's feels a bit like muscle aches but in small areas all over, but not all the time! (if that makes sense?) Almost like pin pricks but a bit bigger. They are mainly in my arms and legs, but do get them in my breast area too. Just wondered if it may be muscle tension. I ache all over at the moment but can probably put that down to the weather and feeling tired. Thanx, kt

I have the same thing in my thighs. It hurts if I poke those spots..have no idea what causes it though..muscle tension??

Hi kt,

I too get the same thing also I get pins and needles in my hands and feet! I myself have just been putting that down to muscle tension.
