I won't be comming on here for a week (Experiment)

hey all

i come on here EVERYDAY for quite a long time, always looking for answers and to see whos got the same symptoms as me and for reasurence im not going to die!
I went to my CBT today and my homework was not to come on here when my anxiety gets bad.. it can go one way or the other. we shall see!
i'll let you all know how i get on :unsure:

quite scared! guna tell my bf to take the modern to work with him so i cant get on. so theres no going back!

hi jobear,i think its a good idea to do the experiment not coming on here all the time,because in the past i have spent hours,days,looking for answers or a miracle quick fix to get rid of my anxiety but ive come to realise that there is no quick fix,i find that you have to face your fears with baby steps and then you start to get better but it is helpfull to have some help along the way so take care and hope to see you back on here soon for a chat to see how your doing.
