Hi everyone my name is ciara an i am 27 i am a mother of two beautiful children a girl who is nearly 3 and a boy who is 7 months i always had a bit of anxiety but nothing 2 bad after the birth of my second child the panic attacks an anxiety became really bad between the shakie heads an thinking i have every illness going hope this site helps me and i am really glad i can talk 2 people who really understands what i am going through:blush:
