This is how my HA routine goes.
1. Notice something odd about my body/health
2. Realise it's a symptom of something serious
3. Worry
4. Think "i've never been this worried before, this time it's real and it's serious!"
I always feel like this time it's serious, and i feel as if my worry gets bigger everytime 'something new' worries me?
Does anybody else feel like the worry is more each time they think they have something serious?
