Im so happy i have found this site.....from what ive seen so far I can tell its defo going to help me!!!!! I have been suffering from anxiety headaches for a few months now....I have tried lots of diffeent prescribed pills which a few have help!!! But i am still always thinking I am dying or have a brain tumour or suddenly going to have a hemorage!!!!

Does anyone else feel like this??? How can I relax and stop stressing???!!!
