Hello i am new!

Hi my name is gina and i have just been diagnosed with social panic disorder (relating to fear of blushing and fear of people watching routine daily tasks e.g eating dinner) and i have GAD. I am about to go on an 8 week CBT course, and i am in my 2nd day of taking 20mg of Fluoxetine.

I am happy to have found this site and would love to talk and get advice from other members who have similar problems and subsequent solutions!
