Hi everyone,
My name's Lisa and I did use to go on this site. I thought I would re-join but I forgot all my details etc. and wanted to freshly register again.
Anyway, I'm currently at university and liked the idea of being able to come here for a chat etc. during lonely/homesick times.
I used to suffer quite badly from anxiety but have almost recovered now (I don't think you can ever completely recover from something like that). I have my good days and my bad days but I have many, many more good days than bad. :D
I'm more than happy to offer recovery and coping techniques to anyone who wants them - they def. helped me!
Anyway, it's nice to meet you all and I look forward to having a nice talk with everyone at some point.
