Wierd feeling in my hips

Im male, So nothing female/baby related please :D

I have this weird feelign in both my hips. Its really hard to describe. It doesn't exactly hurt but just feels funny, Kind of tingling and me being a hypochondriac is making it worse.

The only way I can describe it is it feels like I have been wearing a belt really tight around my hips for a while.

I have had this feeling before a few times but it went after a day this has been here now though fro 3 days.

Do you have any numbness Or tingling that goes down either of your legs? If so it could be your sciatica nerve. When mine is bothering me, both sides of my hips are affected, but I do get numbness down my leg and across my lower back. Just a thought?

No numbness luckily. Funny enough my dad mentioned sciatica as he used to have it.
