Hi everyone,
Been having a look round this forum and it seems this is the place to start.
I am 23 and have always suffered with anxiety linked to my large fluctations in confidence - some days i feel great but on some days i feel really low and anxious. I hope this site will be able to help me with my problems and i also hope to offer advice to those whose situation i've been in myself.
Anyway, everyone using this site should give themselves a big pat on the back as you are all doing a great job on making this an inviting and friendly place to visit.
