Hi there,
Not really sure where to start, but thought introducing myself my make sense.:)
I'm 24 and have been experincing palpatations. Had tests done as I had a heart condition when I was a baby. So they wanted to make sure i was ok.
Tests came back normal, doctor said it might be anxiety. It makes sense. I worry all the time, have very little confidence and feel hopeless that it will change. Am on beta blockers,which has helped the palpatations, but the other stuff seems the same if not worse.
When I found this site I was so happy to see I wasn't alone, so thank you to everyone who makes this site possible.
