does anybody ever had a pulse feeling in there forehead?

Hi My Name Is Vicke, I Am New Here. My Question Is I Have Had Experienced A Pulse Feeling In My Forehead And It Comes And Goes. I Also Have Anxiety As Well But I Dont Knowif This Is Normal And Im Getting Nervous.

Has Anybody Ever Experienced This??? Pleas Let Me Know.

I get pulse feelings everywhere, I had a panic attack when i got one in my belly one time!
I've gotten it too in my forehead, after standing up or working out. also maybe your sinus are a little blocked? just that happens me too.
don't worry you'll be fine, I know how much it helps to know it just doesn't happen to you!

When I lie in bed with my hand under my head, I often feel my pulse. Also behind my neck.

I can feel my nerves fluttering in my head (on the side and in the back when I lay down), ears, chest (above left breast), hands, stomach, and neck. Normal I guess

Sometimes, I may have my hand on say my windowsill, and Ill feel the pulse in my finger. For some reason this gives me a panic attack.
