Hi Michelle,

Welcome to the site.

The queue and bus thing is very common and usually linked to what thoughts are going through your mind at that time that lead you to panic as well as a habit kicking in.

You can learn to control them

[^] Hi Michelle

Big warm welcome to you. I hope we can all help.

Just to let you know that I can't queue in shops either. I go pale as a ghost, sweat and start to sway. My hubby normally or one of the kids comes with me for the big weekly shop LOL.

I thought it was me ment to be looking after them not the other way round :D:D
