Health Anxiety

Hi there all i only recently suffered health anxiety from the past 6 years have always had anxiety though it started when i took ill with scarlet fever and got it twice was ill for many many months afterwards in between the illness over these years i took glandula fever and it started fro there so when i get a cold i panic and check for a rash and think am gettin it all again i know its in my head and my gp says none of these things happen twice that am ok must admit sometimes am ok and other am not but i deal with it now better so keep ur chin up and fight on ur stronger than u think:yesyes:

i started with ha when my mum died of a heart attack in frnt of me 2yr ago, i was 20,and her dad died at the same age, sinse then i convince myself i 2 hav problems with my heart most of time knowing im fine...its a battle im trying to win x
