i hate it when ppl tell u problems are in ur head or feelings but when the room starts to spin ur throat starts to shut and u just want it to away i hate it the worst feeling in the world i have tried and done not to bad to cope with this i try to trick my own mind think of somethin else quick run cold water under my wrists and put a cold compress on the back of my neck i also breathe slowly i do hope others try this because threw practise it does work honest:hugs:
