very scary head pressure

ive been getting a very intense head pressure slight headache like my head is going to explode for a few seconds, which just comes out of the blue. It happens occasionaly, but it happened today and i felt extremely scared. Ive got up out of bed worrying about it now. And yet ive been really good with my anxiety lately, apart from some palpatations. I keep thinking im going to have a brain hemmorage. I dont know if its related to my allergies, which are bad at the moment, or anxiety or even worse! Does anyone get this?

i get it all the time!
and i don't have allergies so now i'm even more scared! :'(
i don't know what it is either. i seem to only get it during the day.
at night time it's hardly there.
i worry about it just over half the time.

i've been to the doctors twice and they said it's tension headaches most likely caused by anxiety, and it's a cycle, get a headache that's nothing, worry with anxiety, which makes it get worse!
