I am 5 weeks on citalopram and thought I was making progress with anxiety but last night I had a sudden but very extreme wave of dizziness which left me holding onto the worktop in the kitchen as it was so severe. I then started to panic and had a terrible night. Have got up today and usually anxiety kicks in when I wake up, but the thoughts of what happened last night are terrifying me and now I can't stop panicking. I can't stand it anymore. I don't understand why this dizziness was so severe and so quick?!?! Its totally knocked me back and I have lost the little bit of confidence I had regained. Am I ever to have a life worth living?:weep:
