chest pain

i every one dees anyone get chest pain in the middle chest bone iv been to docs lots of times he says it muscular iv had it for a while now so not been swiming for a week i went this morn afterwards i had chest pain again i panicked as i allways think its my heart i get no other sytoms such as shakeing fast heart beat etc etc

Is it the little bone at the bottom of the Sternum that you can press in and it moves? If it is thats called the Xiphoid Process and that does move, the muscles around it can get sore if you strain the chest. Dont poke it either, you will make it worse hehe:)
