Hello, all... just a quick introduction to me so you know who I am...
My name is Sarah and I'm 32 years old currently living in Texas (I'm British married to an American). I've suffered anxiety and depression for a good few years now, and came here looking for reassurance and advice about things that are really worrying me right now.
It's almost bitter-sweet knowing that so many of you are "suffering" from anxiety and phobias too.... good in that I don't feel as alone, but bad for obvious reasons!
Anyway, that's me - I'm off to find the appropriate forum to post a bit more about my specific problem (I apologise if I do this wrong, at all!)
