It was all planned a family meal for my birthday i had been looking forward to it i even suggested it when it was in the distance on the calendar and here it was today i was so panic ridden i cancelled it the butterflies burning away in my stomach, i welled up with tears because everyone was looking forward to it -anyway some time passed and i thought stuff it whats the worst that can happen so i made myself go i was shaking walking in but guess what i had a really nice time im proud of myself im proud i beat the shakes and they were bad.
