I have noticed one thing from posting on the 'No More Panic' forums. Even if you don't really get a solution to your problem, Isn't it good just to get the problem out into the open. :)
Just to type it out and see it before you, Almost makes you take another look at it. And if you do get help with it that's even better, but just getting it out of your system and seeing what can be done must be helpful. I think it does anyway.

I totally agree with you, just getting a thought written down gets it out and you have acknowledged that it is an issue. It also helps being here as you know that you are never alone and any replies are from people who are in the same boat going through the same issues.
