hi everyone am a little bit worried as tomorrow i have a haircut appointment which will last an hour and which i am supposed to enjoy as i get a head massage etc. but i am a little scared as i know because i havent been for a while i will wind myself up and then relax but why cant i just relax and enjoy it.
anxiety is so anoying and i hate it,i feel like stamping my feet on the ground like a little child it is so frustrating. sorry guys i am waffling.
any advice would be helpful though

hi Mel,

I'm the same. I spent 2.5 hours at mine the other day had a colour and a trim. Use rescue remedy and I always take a book or a magazine to distract me. also, try chatting to the hairdresser as this helps too. Good luck!!
