Symptoms

Are there people out there that are having these anxiety symptoms that do not take medication? I guess im just wondering if these symptoms are anxiety related or med. related. I hope this makes sense. It just seems amazing that you can twitch, shake, have dp.,dr., visual disturbances and all the other crap and it just be your body doing this and not something foreign causing it like medication.

It does seem amazing doesn't it? That's what is so tricky with Anxiety. I haven't experienced many of the symptoms you've described, but the symptom I experience are bothersome and worrisome enough as it is.

For me, a big help is to realize that the symptoms ARE just your body...
