I've had this intermittently for a few years. My armpits get itchy, and if I give in and scratch, then it generally becomes really sore inside and feels like I've pulled a muscle. I can never find any lumps. The skin is never red or scaly - just itchy.
Anyone else get this or know what it could be? It freaks me out.
