Back pain

Hi

Does anyone suffer from lower back pain when they are stressed. My back gets really sore on the right hand side especially when i am at my desk sat down. It feels much better when i am walking around or doing excercise.

Hello, Yes, I have that at the moment, only mine is low back and gets sore with walking, I think its with carrying heavy shopping bags and lifting some things, I also feel it on the back of my calves.
