Is it normal for it to kick in at a certain time of day on a routine basis?

Mine is worst from 2-30 to 3-00ish?

Hi

Can only speak from personal experience.
My anxiety went sky high for the last couple of months.
I more often than not felt it more heavily in the evening.

Best Wishes

Hi
My anxiety is usually worse just as I am waking up early in the morning, luckly it eases off as I get going and have a cup of tea

I'm always fine in the morning, getting ready for work etc so i'm distracted. Evenings are worse for me when i'm trying to relax and my mind is idle, anxiety soon fills it, especially approaching bed time.
