Yes, I have had it on and off for almost 3 years but I am getting less scared of it now and am even able to get on a bus into town although its only 10 minutes away. But at least I am not able to go back to my car if I dont feel good - I was in the habit of parking up close to town and the car was my "den" if I needed to escape. So at long last I am learning how to handle myself without it now. Also I keep telling myself that the DP cannot harm me and to just enjoy what I am doing and not react to it.
