can u get ptsd after child birth even if it wasnt bad

Hi Hanna I think a lot of women get depression after child birth but, I am not realy in a possition to say, I am sure you will get some feedback from some ladies on here. But it is a big stressfull change in anyones life?. Hope u feel better son. Vernon

Hi Hanna,

Ive had 5 children and you can get post natal depression, after childbirth even up to the first year. How old is your baby? Maybe a trip to the doctor or speak to your health visitor.

I would go have chat with yr Doc, one of my friends had bad PND after the birth which went really well, get help as soon as poss if you think thats what it is, its good that you can accept you feel like this a lot of new mothers try and ignore it thinking they should be coping
