Help Needed Now Please Anyone?

From 6.30 tonight i have been feeling so dizzy, iam going shivvery, hot and my heart feels like its going ot stop, Iam feeling like iam going to faint and i feel my heart going all odd on me,

I feel iam going to die, Please help me anyone i dont know what to do

I feel so light sort of feeling, and i cant walk straight i have also got a dry mouth, I cant stand lights being on at the moment its making me all giddy on top of my giddyness, i feel like im going to stop breathing, iam all like shakey

I feel as though iam going to stop breathing,

Help me please x

I would call 999 if you can't calm down and get them to check you out.

First off though try and control the breathing and slow it right down

Hope your feeling a little calmer by now. It sounds like panic but like nic says ring 999 if its no better or nhs direct on 0845-4647.

My hearts not racing or anything im just in such a state, i just casnrt stop being giddy, i have been like this for months now but set of major panic attack tonight out from nowhere, im just so scared

I went to the on call dr lastnight, I didnt find him any help really at all,

He checked my blood pressure and that was fine he said and he then said i will listen to your chest and he said that was fine,

So what am i going through as i just feel all the same today its so horrid,

Maybe it is my anxiety? and panic all rolling into one??

Anyone else had anything like me or am i only this one :(
