I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, have done for the last 5 years. I have a phobia of having an allergic reaction to just about everything i eat. Driving myself mad, if I wasn't already. I live in Australia. Found this wonderful website while having an 'episode' of panic and googling symptoms (worst thing to do really). Feeling relieved that there is people out in the world that is the same as me.
