Hello everyone, my name is Carole, Caz for short and have just registered. I have recently been diagnosed with panic attacks/disorder, and am coming to terms with it. I have been trying to help myslef by getting to grips with the disorder, reading info etc and trying the breathing techniques, but going on hols next Monday, and getting so worked up about spending 10 hours on a plane :( any ideas? Hope to speak to some of you soon, xx

Welcome to the forum, you will get lots of friendly help and advice on here.

I am pleased you are coming to terms with it as i know how hard it is to get a grip of it. As for flying, i appreciate how hard it is, but sometimes the very thought of it leads to an exaggerated feeling. I am sure you will be fine and just think about once you are on the plane and settled it wont be long until you reach your destination and you will have time to relax and have a lovely holiday.

this rescue remedy looks like a life saver! will def try and get some before my hols! did someone say that Asda sell it? or will boots be the best place?
