does anyone else get a little tingly in the skalp or facial area, very little? my heart will start to race and I have not been able to sleep without taking either xanax at .25mg or ativan at .5mg? I am really worried that this is a brain tumor... and I also get chest discomfort, they seem only to come on hard when trying to go to sleep. I dont have headaches yet or nausea but I am worried that I will soon...please help

also am i the only one who does not get dizzy?

Hi,

The tingling on the face and other areas is very common among people with anxiety. Its tenstion related. Every muscle is open to anxious tenstion. Even the eye muscles can get tense which leads to visual disturbances. Although they are extremely uncomfortable they are harmless. The more time you take to relax, or at least try to because I know how hard it is to loosen up when you are anxious, the less these symptoms will occur.
