My everyone I am 21 years old and I have been fighting anxiety/panic attacks since grade 8. After numerous slef-help books, therapy sessions and support from friends and family I had my anxiety under control until recently. I don't know what brought it on again but I am feeling really down and hopeless, I just want my life back. I look forward to chatting with all of you and I am very happy that I found this website and that I am not alone!
