Hi all, I would consider a meet in North Yorkshire, however, I would probably bottle it at the last minute!

The main problem for me is my anxiety and alongside that my blushing :blush: . I feel things aren't as bad as a couple of years ago, but that may be because i'm avoiding more and more things.

I agree, it would be good to talk with people who actually understand and as you say hopefully help on the road to recovery.

The summer of 2009 I am hoping to move to North Yorkshire but it will probably be too stressful recently moving somewhere new then building up the confidence for a get together :blush:

Hi Guys, would I be ok to come? I don't really know if I suffer from anxiety because of the depression or the other way around so I guess I don't have the same levels of anxiety as some others. It's my depression which is the main thing.
Like James said, I will prob bottle it at the last minute, but it's be nice to know if i could turn up if I can persuade the voices in my head! :blush:

How is everyone going to know which people 'the group' are - do we all get to wear badges to say we're mentalists? :D (joke)

At Rowntree's Park, there is a Lake, large grassy area, Cafe, kids play area(s), lovely walks, tennis courts, skate park. It's walking distance to/from town.

Fun for all and all welcome. Free car park I think.
