Hiya Pauldex,

I think nausea is one of the classic anxiety symptoms :(

I've been feeling that way for about a week now, wondering whether it's from a cold I've had but I'm pretty sure it's anxiety with me too.

Hope you feel better soon.

I have had constant low level nausea for 10 months.

It is anxiety.

i had a bout of nausea for a few days and couldn't really eat but it cleared up .. now though i still occasionally get nauseaus, usually toward the evening .. and the other day i took a xanax and interestingly noticed it cleared up. so i guess i can maybe add this to one of my HA symptoms rather than try and figure out what it is ..

It is anxiety by the sounds of it. I've had awful nausea everyday for nearly 2 years now and have been diagnosed with GAD (general anxiety disorder). Until the anxiety is under control it's hard to get the nausea under control as well. I've tried everything and still can't do it. I'm seeing my Dr again on Friday so hoping some new anti anixety meds may work. It's worse with me as I have Emetophobia (fear of being sick) so when my anxiety makes me feel sick I get worse because I'm scared

Do you know if Emetophobia is curable at all through CBT or something like that? I'm in exactly the same boat as you and it's so good to know there are others like it too.

I hear ya, I always feel tired, have random aches, and sometimes randomly sick even though there's nothing wrong with me.

For some it does help, others it doesn't. I'm a member of an emetophobia forum and someone on there had CBT and it made her worse as they made her watch videos of people being sick, hence why I won't be having CBT for that. I would want to try hypnotherapy. There are some hypnotherapists who specialise in treating people with Emetophobia but most are in London which is too far away from me (and would be quite costly). I know someone who saw one in London and she found it very very helpful

Thanks a lot for the advice Cat I'm a bit better with it now but I'd rather not watch those videos if I can help it haha.
