Hello.......i'm sorry if you've been asked this before...
Has anyone used the The Anxiety Release Method?
I'm very curious about this method......but when were searching for what seems the ultimate solution to end the pain we might see things in the wrong light!
I've read many articles on this and all so very positive..........can it really be so good?

I do understand that as we know there are people out there looking to make money from people that are so wanting to find the answer to ending panic attacks.....

Hi Mabelina! If you google "The Anxiety Release Method" you'll find dozens of links to it!
Have a read, but of course be cautious as these cures sometimes seem to good to be true....

If anybody else has any veiws please do say......of course i'm not going to hold you against what you think.
Maybe the problem is there are so many products claiming to have the answer.......
