Should i be concerned? It has not happened again since, however I do remember this happening back in june, and then again around septembers lasts literrally 2 seconds.

Hi Tommy
I get this on and off. When you forget about it or occupy yourself it will go. I promise. I find the being on a boat feeling worse when day dreaming when watching TV etc.. If I am doing things I dont notice it.
Oh and I also get it when in shops with loads of people around but I have put it down to Social anxiety.
Just try not to worry about it and it will go away.
