Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for advice on how to distract myself from taking my pulse constantly. I monitor it all of the time, it's the first thing I do in the morning and continues all day. I wake up in the middle of the night, take my pulse and if it's slightly high it start me panicing. Because of my heightened awareness any rise in pulse frightens me, it now takes me all my strength to make myself walk upstairs because it makes my heart beat faster and I'm frightened it won't slow down. Any ideas?
