I only seem to come on here now when I get my weird heads, which I can only describe as dizziness, like my head is about to drop off. This is about the only thing that still really scares me. I have got used to all the other symptoms that come and go, but I am still so scared when this happens and I don’t know why I can’t put this down to anxiety like the rest of the symptoms. Is anyone else like me where one particular symptom scares them more than anything else. And why is it so hard to describe the feelings you get in your head, as I have noticed from other threads????
