winter vomiting bug

I got this yesterday folks, throwing up all last night, on the toliet all day.

Feaver, went to the emercancy docotor and he said its doing the rounds in the community.

Scarey stuff, I am feeling better this morning going to try and eat some noddles now.

Don't worry too much at the moment if you have no apetite yet. The main thing is to keep your body hydrated by drinking plenty water.

It's doing it's rounds here too hun and it's a horrible bug to get.

Hi and sorry your not well.
I had the same thing about 3 weeks ago it was awful, but dont eat too much too quick try something plain and light, and like lisa said plenty of drinks to keep you hydrated.
