Hi there every1 my name is qeiser, and for at least 2 years i have been suffering from mild anxiety, but as time has gone on it has started to become more and more severe. Originally i didnt know what was wrong with me, i blamed it on my weight, my job i just could not figure out what my problem was, until i suffered a full blown panic attack.Fortunately the medic who came on the Ambulance told me about anxiety, and told me i could get self help.
So after searching the web i have found this glorious website with a goldmine of information and stories to help me. i am very thankfull to the propetiers of this site, your doing a great job.:yesyes: :yesyes:
